SHIPPING POLICY
Due to the current restrictions in place in Ireland in response to the Covid-19 outbreak, our online store will remain open but there may be delays in regards to shipping and delivery.
The Art Shop are currently working under one shipment per week to reduce the amount of contact required with postal workers, who are doing a great job keeping all of Ireland's small business owners up and running. Letter-box sized shipments are currently taking on average 1 - 3 working days to deliver, with parcels and packages taking 2 - 5 working days. If deliveries are taking longer unfortunately this is due to national volume and is out of our control. If you wish to avail of tracked shipping, please select at checkout though we unfortunately cannot offer any reductions of tracked shipping.
We endeavour to maintain our current level of service but within these current circumstances , that may be out of our control. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any queries, or alternatively, you can purchase one of our new gift vouchers to be redeemed at a later date
There are also restrictions on sending parcels to certain countries (currently France and USA)

Orders between 200 - 500g will range between €2 and €3
All orders over 500g, usually €8-10, will be only €5

All orders will be processed within 1-2 working days. Standard items will then be shipped straight away, taking 1 - 5 business days in Rep of Ireland and 2 - 7 business days for UK and Europe.

Standard (An Post); up to 100g = Free, 100 - 750 g = €3, up to 2kg = €6.50
(1 - 5 business days, free if you spend more than €50)
Tracking and Signed; up to 750 g = €5, up to 2kg = €8
(1 - 3 business days, free if you spend more than €100)
UK (England, Scotland, Wales)
Standard (Royal mail); up to 100g = €1, 100 - 750 g = €4, up to 2kg = €8

Tracking and Signed; up to 100g = €3, 100 - 750 g = €6, up to 2kg = €10

Express (Next Day Delivery); up to 100g = €8, 100 - 750 g = €10, up to 2kg = €15

Processing time for custom made items will be advised per item. Customers will be notified when their order has been shipped. We are currently not shipping outside of Europe, apologies for any inconvenience caused. Please feel free to contact us directly with any further enquiries.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You may change your mind and return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, yet return postage must be covered by the customer. On receipt of the returned order, the customer can then choose a replacement item with free postage or a full refund once all items are deemed intact.
If you receive an item that is damaged, or a custom order that is incorrect, then you will receive a replacement item free of charge straight away. Just email us on info@theartshop.ie with a photo of the damaged item and your order reference. We will then get a replacement out to you as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, there are no returns or change of mind on custom made orders or commissions.
