Due to the current restrictions in place in Ireland in response to the Covid-19 outbreak, our online store will remain open but there will be considerable delays in regards to shipping and delivery. The Art Shop are currently working under one shipment per week to reduce the amount of contact required with postal workers. Though, as of lockdown procedures enforced on March 27th 2020, those shipments cannot be guaranteed.

Processing time for custom made items will be advised per item. Customers will be notified when their order has been shipped. We are currently not shipping outside of Europe, apologies for any inconvenience caused. Please feel free to contact us directly with any further enquiries.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You may change your mind and return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, yet return postage must be covered by the customer. On receipt of the returned order, the customer can then choose a replacement item with free postage or a full refund once all items are deemed intact.
If you receive an item that is damaged, or a custom order that is incorrect, then you will receive a replacement item free of charge straight away. Just email us on with a photo of the damaged item and your order reference. We will then get a replacement out to you as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, there are no returns or change of mind on custom made orders or commissions.
