Terms & Conditions
In these conditions 'Company' means 'The Art Shop'. 'Customer' means the individual, firm, company or other party who processes an order or purchase through this site. 'Goods' mean the goods, articles and materials, which are to be supplied by the Company through this site. 'Order' means a purchase order in respect of the goods issued by the Customer to the Company. 'Artist' means a represented brand or business who creates original works.
All prices quoted on this website are specific to theartshop.ie and are webstore prices only. Prices may vary at market events. The prices quoted are those valid at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down , including any alteration to the rate of value added tax. Where the price has been quoted by the Company for specific order quantities and specific delivery times, the Company reserves the right to vary the price for the Goods should the Customer require different quantities from those stated or require different delivery times. Prices set by third party Artists are non-negotiable and are pre-agreed upon between the Company and the Artist. There is a minimum purchase of €5.00 for web purchases (not including delivery charges) and a minimum charge of €1 for any payments processed. Prices are inclusive is VAT.
Delivery and Risk
Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Customer at the place specified in the sale or order and the risk in respect of the Goods shall pass to the Customer at the time of loading for dispatch to the Customer. Delivery dates are given in good faith and are adhered to as closely as possible, but no liability is accepted for any unforeseen delays subsequently arising or for any consequential loss or damage caused to the Customer or third parties as a result of any delays for whatever reason.
Unless the contract otherwise provides, the contract price for the Goods shall be payable on placement of order. We can accept all major credit and debit cards through Wix Payments or alternatively the Customer can process payments through Paypal. We do not accept alternative methods of payment at this time. All prices are listed and paid in Euro (€) The Company does not take any responsibility for any price changes due to exchange rates of currency.
Retention of Title
The right of Goods will remain with the Company until full payment has been received from the Customer. In relation to original artwork, all rights of ownership and artistic licence remains with the Artist. Reproduction of any Goods purchased through the Company is strictly forbidden, unless express permission has been given by the Artist. Please respect the rights and ownership of all artists.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect the statutory rights of the Customer.

When Our Company processes your order, it may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases. WE DO NOT STORE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION ON OUR SITE.
